Amanda started her passion for real estate at the age of 19, purchasing her first investment property in 2007. She is a graduate from Montclair State University and a New Jersey native.  After building a successful career in corporate advertising, and starting her own marketing company, Amanda laid the foundation for her skills as a creative marketer and an aggressive negotiator that would later prove to be vital in real estate transactions.

 

Within her first few months in real estate, Amanda dominated sales goals in the office, and became Top Producer at Signature Realty.  Her first full year as a real estate agent, she successfully closed over 20 million dollars in real estate transactions, earning the highest level award for realtors, Circle of Excellence Platinum. She has been featured on the cover of Top Agent Magazine and NJ Monthly Magazine as a Rising Star Real Estate Agent. She was also named top 10 most active Real Estate Agent by Property Spark. She is currently ranked in the top 1% of all realtors in NJ, and is a member of the National Association of Home Builders.

 

Amanda’s team, the Amanda Nadia Group, works throughout New Jersey, with affiliates throughout the tri-state. She focuses her efforts as a listing agent, primarily working with home sellers, investors, builders and developers. She has personally rehabbed several properties, helping further her understanding of the needs of her clients. Amanda prides herself of her knowledge of building, construction, creative financing, and helping connect her clients to the right resources to get the job done.

 

In addition to real estate, Amanda has a passion for food, travel, and helping others. Most recently, she traveled to Guatemala on a missions trip with several others to build homes in the Guatemala City Garbage Dump. Amanda is a member of the National Association of Home Builders.
